Unitech Golf,
Inc. (Seller) accepts the Buyer's order based on the Buyer's agreement to
the terms and conditions set forth below, and waives any differing terms.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are NET,
FOB Seller's warehouse in Walnut, California. Quantity price breaks are on a
per-order basis and not cumulative. Seller is not responsible for pricing
errors (or any other form of typographic/graphical errors) nor does the
Seller make any guarantees that any such prices will be honored.
Payment Terms
1. Prepaid by (a) check, (b) credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX)
2. C.O.D. by cashier's check or money order (service charge may apply)
3. Credit account, net 30-day terms available upon Seller's final approval
and
Buyer's acceptance of term agreements.
A $15.00 service charge will be incurred for each returned check regardless
of the face amount.
A $4.00 service charge will be added to orders under $50 in value, not
including
sales tax (if applicable) and shipping fees.
Shipping and Delivery
In-stock items may be shipped on the same day for orders placed by 2:00 PM
Pacific Time. Standard shipping for domestic orders is by UPS or FedEx
Ground. Seller may choose other carrier(s) for service from time to time.
Express delivery service is available upon request. Buyer agrees to pay
actual shipping costs.
Warranty
All products carry a Limited Warranty against any defects in material
and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase under
normal. Products must have been installed in accordance with recommended
instructions. All defective products must be returned for Seller's
inspection and at his sole discretion, to determine whether to replace or
refund. Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the product sold.
Returning Goods
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from the Seller. All
returns must be in their original unused condition and shipped freight
prepaid by the sender. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. All returned
goods are subject to inspection. A 15% restocking charge may be imposed
against any non-warranty returns. No returns for custom orders or closeout
items.
Damages/Shortages
Buyer shall notify the Freight Carrier and Seller for any damages and/or
shortages immediately. All such claims must be made within 7 calendar days
from the receipt of shipment. Buyer shall cooperate with Seller for claims
against the Freight Carrier for any problems that occurred during transit.
Privacy/Security
Unitech Golf, Inc. is dedicated to keeping your data secure. Sales transactions
are conducted under 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Credit card
information is encrypted with 1024-bit RSA for order processing. If a Buyer is
not comfortable with these precautions and safeguards, they are welcome to phone-in
or fax orders directly to Unitech. Unitech Golf, Inc. cannot be responsible for
data loss due to hacking, acts of God, and system failures.
